EASE welcomes the latest arrivals to the Sanctuary
Cara is an 8 year old female pygmy goat whose owner had two goats and sadly, one died. So rather than leave Cara alone, she was given to us for rehoming. She has happily settled down with the sheep, preferring their company to the other two pygmy goats we have. Rosemary is quite timid and cautious although she is by far the noisiest of the two sheep. Both Rosemary and Thyme were given to us to rehome by their previous owners who found themselves with more animals than they could cope with. Thyme, with her black face, knees and feet is by far the biggest of the two ewes. She is quite friendly and loves a good scratch.
We have taken on four ex-battery hens, their appearances have improved dramatically since arriving, looking much more healthy. They are also keeping us supplied with eggs! 9 doves are now resident in our dovecote, they will be kept in for at least 6 weeks to home them before being allowed to fly free.

All EASE animals are available for rehoming. Potential homes are subject to a check and an interview to ensure that the animals go to the best home for them, and a small fee is also charged. For more information about rehoming animals on this page, please contact
EASE.

Rehomed
Amber is the youngest of the three ponies and also the most frisky and high-spirited. Her liveliness is matched by an inquisitive nature and a keen intelligence. Sapphire is the smallest pony and probably has some Shetland in her. She is the lead mare and, despite her small size, knows how to make her presence felt by all the other animals. Zig and Zag left for their new home on Saturday 22nd November. We hope they and their new owners will be very happy.
Rusty is a lovely Shetland gelding, he is about two and a half years old and is very friendly.
